Currently we can change Set Program by holding modifier keys while hitting a key (e.g. CTRL+ALT 1,2,3,4,5,6,7) to change to one of the seven quantization programs. (A,B,C,D,E,F,G) That's nice!

However it would be even nicer (the feature request) if we could assign a key command for Previous Set Program and Next Set Program too. So we don't have to memorize the seven Set Programs, but can quickly cycle through all of them by only using two key (or CC) commands (one for Previous and one for Next) instead of seven.
