S1 beginner here.

I recently found some of my old CDs from Big Fish Audio that have drum loops.

I can rip the audio into .wav files and can import them into S1. Many of the tracks contain several (let's say 5) different drum loops with silence in between them.

Is there a quick way to extract each of the 5 drum loops and turn them into a "groove" so that I may adjust the tempo? Or must I highlight each one and then micro-edit the beginning and end of each one?

Thanks!

Hi, duplicate your track and then cut in sclices the duplicates to eliminate the useless parts (events).

After that, you should be able to import the resulting events into the Presonus Sampler.
