Question

I have a PreSonus Studio 6/8c on it's way to me arriving Thursday.  It comes with Studio One Artist recording software and Studio Magic Plug-in Suite for macOS and Windows.

I'm keen to get my computer setup ahead of time if possible.  Can I download and install and run free trial and then authorize license once my hardware arrives?  If yes, is there a specific version of the software that I should download?

Hi.  You can very easily make an account (like you have) and download Prime (S1 free but limited) and use it until your hardware arrives.  When you need to install your artist licence, you will only need to enter your key in the "I bought a key/upgrade" dialogue box.
