Question

Hi all, 

I'm trying to download some of the additional content - two nights ago, I was able to download a whole schwack of them, but now, I try to download the ones that failed, and it keeps on failing. Example is below, Soundsets or zip files, it is also doing the same with demos and tutorials, etc etc.  I even tried downloading separately from the website, and I was able to do that, but then when installing locally from the download folder, it fails again!  Does anybody know what could be the problem?

yes, same problem here - impossible to download firmware update as well...  server error 500

Same problem here, Also, now it isn't recognizing my AR16 as well and I get the "error 500" message.
