I own several products that are included in the Sphere subscription plan (Notion, Fat Channel plugins, etc.). Am I eligible for a credit towards the subscription or some kind of discount over the yearly rate?

Only if you bought those programs inside the grace period (back to beginning of April). If that applies to you then open a support request through your https://my.presonus.com so the sales team to discuss your options of what credit applies to you.

However if your purchases predate April 2020, then these are your perpetual licenses that reside in your account independent of a Sphere subscription.
