Few weeks ago I tried to change the mensuals payments to another credit card but was unable to do it on my presonus account. So I decided to cancel my subscription and told myself I could reactivate it with another credit card instead.
When I go to my.presonus/account/plan and I click on the on the reactivate buttom it takes me to shop.presonus then i click to join now and then log in and it takes me back to my.presonus account and it loops like this forever.... So I can't reactivate it
Can I reactivate my account with the same user/email? Or do I have to I need to create a new one?
