Hi!
I am a quantum owner and just upgrade my artist to one 4.5 pro using the $149 deal couple weeks ago. Now I just realized quantum owners could upgrade directly from artist to 5 pro with the $149 deal.

I have already spent $149 now and it requires another $149 to upgrade my 4.5 pro to 5 pro. I really wish I have waited a bit longer so that I can upgrade directly to 5 pro using the quantum deal. Could I exchange my 4.5 pro license to 5 pro? Just as if I upgrade my artist using the quantum deal now rather than earlier. I’d really appreciate it!

Check you emails because if it was only a few weeks ago that you upgraded, then I believe you may fall under the "grace period" category of customer.  Double check the information pages on "Studio one 5 grace period" upgrades.   I didn't fall in that group but I believe that any one who purchased the upgrade after April 2020 (the exact date escapes me), is entitled the free upgrade.  Don't quote me before double checking what I have said.
