Plugin Manager shows (All Positive Grid "Plugins" , "white dot" beside "names" ,shows "type" as VST2 , shows Vendor as "Positive Grid" , shows "nothing" in Folder . In Options / Locations / VST Plugins /  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Positive Grid  where 2.2 Gbs Resources are stored and has not been changed since install .... worked before !!! Any ideas what happening on why Positive Grid is freezing ?   In DAW the thumbnails don't even look right ( Black square with the scene off to one side and not fully visable in the black square ).

Figured out that it's a  display monitor screen resolution problem ... It will not open properly in high resolution 4K 3840 x 2160 in Studio One V4 or V5 DAW Software . Yet it will open in stand alone mode  ( Positive Grid 's  BIAS FX2 ,BIAS Amp2 , BIAS Pedal )at 4K resolution ... Everything works when I lower the screen resolution on my Desktop PC Display to 2560 x 1440  and then it opens properly in my DAW Software. Positive Grid needs to address this problem !!!

I'm having the same problem on my iMac 27" 32g ram OS 10.15.7 when using StudioOne Pro ver.5.1 as my DAW.

I have no problems using Logic Pro, Cubase, Mixbus6, or REAPER. SO I believe it's a possible combination of SO configuration, BIAS FX2 ( BIAS FX no problem). The resolution is the same for all DAWs. I've been working with the techs at Positive Grid for over a week. A very important observation, BIAS FX2 VST, and AU run fine in StudioOne Pro Ver.5 on my 2010 MacBook Pro.

This is not an answer but I didn't know how to respond to your post, sorry.

I have had the issue forever, usually having to launch and kill a few Bias FX2 console sessions (which means I have been looking at other DAW ) but since the Studio1 update I could not get it to work at all

-Studio One Pro 4.6.2.58729 Winx64
-Bias FX2 2.2.2.5090

But seen this post and changing the resolution from 4k (3840x2160) to 2560x1440 fixes it.
Considering that I have not had any problem with BiasFX2 and that the issue is with the VST pluggin within Studio1, that surely makes it a Presonus/Studio1 problem?

where can I escalate this please?
