Just upgraded from S1 4.61 to Sphere.  2 recent songs crashed when opened in S1 5 (other songs work fine).  The report indicated a problem with VocAlign, that was used in these 2 songs (which I purchased 3 years ago from Presonus, and has worked perfectly until now).

I removed the plug-in from the VST3 folder (Mac), deactivated it in my iLok account, downloaded it again from Synchro Arts, installed it, and reactivated it in iLok (it shows as active).   The songs now open and play fine, but VocAlign is noted as missing, and it isn't listed as an available plug-in.  It is definitely in the VST3 folder (VocALignProject.vst3), but apparently isn't being scanned in.  I rescanned, rebooted, etc.   I must be missing a step somewhere.  Any help would be most appreciated.

Well, I've researched this a bit further, and there is a discussion over in the forum that basically indicates that others are having this same issue, and it appears that VocAlign Project 3 isn't being updated, and won't work in S1 5.  sad

I could apparently update to VocAlign Pro 4, but that plug-in is really expensive - and aligning backing vocals isn't something I do regularly.  It would be nice if Presonus could work another deal with Synchro Arts to get us a discount.

Any suggestions about aligning vocals via a plug-in would be most welcome

Here is the solution: https://www.synchroarts.com/faq/studio-one-4-does-not-show-the-vocalign-project-or-vocalign

In the x64 folder, no delete "Plugins-en.settings" the correct file to delete is "Plugins-es.settings"
