Blank Sphere page on the website

I've just taken the plunge and subscribed to Sphere but when I get taken to https://sphere.presonus.com/ to download the products, it's a blank page with the blue gradient background on it. This is the same in both Safari and Chrome. I can't even raise a ticket to support because I get redirected to the same blank page! Anyone else had this problem?

There was an outage on a backed end system that impacted more than just us. Problem has since been resolved.

Same. This is getting really frustrating now.  I signed up earlier today and at that point the Website worked ok, but none of the products were there.  Now, when I login all of the products are there but as soon as I select any of them all I see is the blue background - nothing happens.  I've tried re-booting, I've tried Chrome, Microsoft edge - but still the same.  All other websites are fine - the problem is only happening on the My Presonus and PreSonus Sphere websites

Same problem here - blank Products page on the website. Signed up for Sphere on day one and I’ve had small problems with the site since. This is the first time I’ve had blank pages tho.

Seems to be working now. I did another clean of the browser cache (which I had done before but didn't work previously) and hey presto, I have access. Works in both Safari and Chrome

Same problem here… I thought was my OS software

I did a restore on my Mac and the issue still there…
