Question

Quite often note-lengths are relevant for drums too
- take an open Hi-Hat for example.
That's why I tend to use the piano-roll mode
over the drum-editor for the most of the time.

Being able to add custom text labels to the keys of the piano roll
would be an awesome little feature I think.

Lots of orchestral percussions are using release for dumping/muting the drum. Drum rolls are also using note length. This would very useful.
