Why does there seem to be a problem downloading registered plugins from the Add-ons page?

Guys, so I have an Audiobox 1818VSL that I've purchased, and it also shows up as a registered product on my hardware page. The add-on plugins are also showing up. But my problem is, those plugins seem to refuse to download when I click on the "Download Installer" button. It's just the plugins from the Add-on page that seem to be having a problem. Everything else downloads. Any ideas?

These add-on's are only for use with Studio One or as VST3/AU/AAX, these do not work with the 1818VSL Control Panel Software (now discontinued).

INSTALL IN STUDIO ONE
Download the Add-on installer if you want to user the Add-on with Studio One. Once the download has completed, launch Studio One, then drag & drop the file into the Studio One application window and follow the onscreen instructions.

INSTALL IN PRESONUS HUB
Download the PreSonus Hub installer if you want to use the VST3/AU/AAX versions of this plug-in. Once the download has completed, locate and double click the installer file to start installation, and follow the onscreen instructions.

I've had this issue for months now and finally decided to use a different web browser. I normally use chrome, but decided to try edge and the links work for the buttons!... at least for me
