Bought upgrade from S1 V4 Artist to S1 V5 Artist specifically to get VST support, Doesn't actually seem to be possible?

I upgraded from S1 V4 Artist to S1 V5 Artist because I need 3rd party VST support and Presonus advertises that as part of V5 Artist (and it was cheaper than buying the Rewire/VST add-on for V4 Artist). There is no Plug-ins tab in the Preferences/Locations menu, so how do I tell S1 where my VSTs are?

I don't have a VST tab in Locations in my Studio One 5 Artist. What's the deal?
