On music that is on a grand staff, there should be a way to enter a slur/phrase that crosses the staves.

Yes please. This is holding me back right now trying to write a Harp score.

Additionally, even if slurs are limited to the notes on one staff, as soon as the "cross staff" feature is used, subsequent slurs bug out. Here's a screenshot:
