My Audient id14 was playing up so I reinstalled drivers. It now works fine in win 10 and plays music, but in Studio One V4.6.2.58729, is says: The audio device Audient USB audio could not be initialised. please check your hardware configuration and try again".
The strange thing is that Win 10 sees the interface and I can play music, but in Studio One it will not connect.
I have no other sound cards etc or onboard sound, but Studio One will let me select Windows Audio in the options and then I can hear audio (but can not change sample rate or adjust buffer which is fixed to 44.1 16 bit. My songs are all 24 bit 48 or 96k, so this is not helping).
Any suggestions?
