Hi and Goodmorning
i have catalina with a mac mini late 2012 and logic pro x latest version.
I have a 192 mobile studio sound card and would like to expand the inputs and outputs to be able to connect an external hardware compressor and an external hardware equalizer.
I wanted to ask you if a digimax DP8 is compatible with my project.
I know the DP8 works at 44.1 and 48 khz but I work at those frequencies.
I would connect the optical output of the DP8 to the optical input of my 192 mobile studio.
Thanks for your support

Yes, the DP8 is a compatible with the Studio 192.

The DP8 uses ADAT Output which is a recognized universal standard for 8 channel audio over a single optical connector.

The Studio 192 will use any mutli-channel preamp or other device that uses the ADAT port for multi-channel audio.

Be sure to set digital sync on the DP88 to Digital ADAT sync clock to the Studio 192.
