Sorry if this is a bit of a noob question, but I recorded a dry electric guitar signal direct into S1 and I'm happy with it, but I now want to use that signal with one of my real FX pedals. Is there a way that I can send what I've recorded back out of my interface (Studio 26c), through the pedal and capture the result?

Yes, of course you can do this. What you need to do is go to the 'song setup' window and add another output (click on outputs and then 'add mono' and then select 3 (or 4) - as it will be for your interface). Then, on the mixer channel your dry guitar signal is going through, select 'sub 1' as the output. Then connect output 3 (or 4) of your interface to your pedal. Feed the pedal back in to the inputs and record away! You might find a small delay on the new recording relative to the original signal and so you might have to zoom right up with snap off and re-align. Hope this helps.
