How to make sound come out of both PreSonus Eris 3.5 Speakers

I have just bought the speakers I have mentioned above. When I plug the White and Red cables in and connect to my Audio Box sound only comes out of my right speakers and not my left.Please help me with this.

Same problem  Brand new just opened. connected to Mac mini
