The volume of the sound from one of my two speakers Presonus Eris E5 seems weaker and less clear than the other speaker. No software or hardware change has been made. I performed on cabling (XLR) and power checks, and in my Focusrite scarlett 2i2 but the technical issue still remains. So, have you got any idea or did you already get this kind of issue ?

Thanks.

I am having the same issue with my E5's. I also use a 2i2 but I also have a Temblor T8. It only happened on the left channel. I moved the input gain all the way up and down then put it back to the middle. It didn't stop so I switch the monitors and now it doesn't do it. Doesn't make any sense to be completely honest. If anyone else knows anything it would be greatly appreciated.

Update : Seemed to only fix it for a little bit. Still happening in left channel only. Don't know if its because of the T8 or because of the Audio Interface.

Hey, I'm about 3 years too late but I'm facing the exact same issue.  I bought my Eris E5's  in July 2020 and I started facing this issue about 2-3 months ago.
What's weird is that when I went to the dealer to show him the issue, it they worked perfectly. And I mean my entire setup, including cables, laptops, interface and everything.
Now I'm stuck in this funny situation where I have no clue what to do and I really don't want to sit around and wait for my warranty to expire.
I was wondering is you ever figured out a solution, or how you went forward with it.
Thanks!!
