I bought a set of Eris E3.5 speakers - after 10 minutes they stopped working and now just produce a low bass sound

I have no idea what the problem is. If I have to change a fuse is this easy?

It is unfortunate that sometimes issues like this do occur where products do not work out of the box. If you are inside the grace period from where you bought the product, return the product to the retailer where you bought the product so you can exchange it for a replacement. If you are outside the grace period, log a support request with us through your https://my.presonus.com account so support can assist you further.
