Question

I have an HP Paillion Desktop with Windows 10 installed on it. I have installed the drivers for Audiobox iTwo, and Capture 3 software. When I try to start a new session it gives me an error "Capture can not create new session if the audio is in stereo.

Can someone please help ?

click on the arrow on the first page of capture at the bottom of the page and select your mixer instead the built in output

That message can also mean that the PreSonus device you're using isn't compatible with Capture. Capture software for desktop was designed for recording from StudioLive mixers and does not work with USB recording interfaces.
