Question

I can not login to my Presonus Account over Software. It works with another PC and with my Web Account. "Your username oder password are incorrect". But name and password are right and it's drivin' me mad.

Hi.  Have you checked that your firewall is letting the application connect to the network?  You may need to set it as an exception.  Also, is your home network set to private?

Hi! The problem is solved. On my PC was saved the wrong password in my password manager.
