Billing Support For Sphere

I was Billed twice for my sphere subscription this month. I called presonus and there was no support options. I would like to continue using sphere, but not if I am going to be double billed. Any help possible?

I also got billed twice and haven't received any reply from the support team, and it's been 8 days since I wrote them, already.
