I have a presonus studio 26c sound card but I have the impression that the midi ports are not working? (I have a digitakt and a microfreak)

I tried different settings in the ableton live preferences

How to do ?

I have the same problem too. I want to connect my Yamaha A1000 keyboard via Studio One, I tried again and again for hours. I couldn't connect. The midi input of the sound card is not visible in the midi introduction menu. We are waiting for your help...
