Hi how can  i drag and drop midi groove into Arpeggiator ?

The easiest way would be to drag the arpeggiator onto the instrument track that has your midi groove on it. Another icon for note fx will show up just the left of the instrument icon on the track header.

Otherwise u would need to create another track for the arpeggiator, drag your midi grove onto it, and change the instrument output pull down (on the track header) to the vst instrument that was used to create your midi groove.
