Question

I can't use the mixer RM32AI because it asks me for an access code.

i never activated any access code, what  can i do?

Default password is 12345. If thats not working you will need to factory reset the mixer.

It is highly recommended that when doing a Firmware Recovery that you use a Sandisk Cruzer USB flash drive between 2-8 GB as mentioned in the following knowledge base article.
