You use the Control Panel button in the audio options. It should open the program that your hardware device uses for latency, for PreSonus Audiobox the hardware the program is Universal Control, you might still have to download and install it. If you want to you can open that program on it's own and change settings without opening Studio One instead of  through audio settings 'Control Panel' button. Sometimes the settings vanish in Universal Control (I'm on Win10) but rebooting solves it for me.

Thank you for the response.  I downloaded UC and tried but it did not work.  It is frustrating that having bought a S/W for $100, I still have to struggle to see why my laptop is not able to give me the controls i need.  I tried everything i can ..not sure what else to to.

Any more ideas I can try.? anyone?

I have had the same issue with changing settings in Audio options (in order to fix latency) New software (Studio one 5 artist) and a brand new laptop. Looked at every tutorial I can find, and nothing seems to work. Would really appreciate a reply from someone at presonus

Have you installed Universal Control? I would assume that is required for advanced features of the Audiobox and other Presonus DAC hardware. Make sure that the box for your device is checked when you install. More information here: https://www.presonus.com/products/Universal-Control
