I purchased your product the Notion 6 for my college aged son who was hoping to compose orchestral arrangements. He has been trying to use it since Christmas and spent $80 on expansion packs, but the interface does not work correctly and the music does not play back all the markings in his music. He has written emails but the support has not helped. This is extremely disappointing and I would like a full refund for both the purchase of the program and the expansion packs.
