Question

I currently use both Mac & PC and share Song files between two computers using Dropbox. I can go back and forth and open the project on either computer to work on it without any problems. Will I be able to continue doing this with a PC and an M1 Apple Mac?

The M1 is just another processor.  As long as S1 runs on it, you should be fine.  It is the difference in how files are stored that typically cause issues when we share between PC and Mac.
