Question

I have a Presonus StudioLive 32S mixer.

I am trying to figure out how I go about changing names on the sliders.  Example:  Channel 1 Snare, Channel 2 Kick, etc.

Or if I have a channel I am not using but now want to use it, how do I add a name or instrument?

I have searched the manual over and over and cannot seem to find the answer.

FYI - for the older generation, which i am a part of, not being able to call and speak with a human being is VERY FRUSTRATING!!!  This type of customer service is really not customer service at all.  That's just my free feed back!

Hi,

  Sorry to hear about the trouble you are having.  This is just a user-to-user forum, not a support site staffed by Presonus.

First off, they are typically called "fader" not "slider".  (But that doesn't answer your question).

I don't have a StudioLive, personally so did a Google search and found
