Question

i have had Sphere since upgrading to Studio One 5. the reason i have it is to backup songs/stems in case something happens to my computer. i can see where to click to backup. the problem is how do i download something i backed up? i can't find any tutorials on this. i've asked this question before but have yet received an answer. i'm going to ask this once more and to be honest if i can't find out how to do this i'm getting rid of Sphere.

S1 Backup in Sphere is for S1 setup (parameters, config ...) not songs.
