This problem happened in the past. I had trouble with the program and my inteface, using the previous version. Artist 4.5 I upgraded to Studio One 5 artist and everything has been working for 4 months or so. I downloaded the driver from ********* a few times and Studio One crashes when I try to initialize the UMC 404HD interface. I re installed Studio One 5 off the website. I was going to un install Studio One. Then reinstall off the website.
