Audiobox USB 96 Black, was working but suddenly is no longer showing.

Was working great for a few weeks then it vanished from my computer.

Not being seen in 'Sounds' or drivers. Red light comes on but other then that it seems to have stop working.

Any ideas or is this product just trash? Apparently I am not the only one with this problem...

For this type of issue, please submit a ticket to support.

When you do this, create and attach an NFO file.

You will need to have your AudioBox attached to the computer by USB and powered on when you do this.

To access your PC’s System Information on Windows 8 and Windows 10:
1. Go to the Desktop.
2. Press [WinLogoKey] + R to bring up 'Run'.
3. Type 'msinfo32' without quotes.
4. Press the [Enter] key.
5. IMPORTANT: Click File then "Save...", save this file as a .nfo file format and rename the file your name and attach it to this email.
