I get my project back to studio one 3 format after being opened in studio one 4

Opened studio one 3 project in studio one 4 now I can’t open it up again in studio one 3

It shouldn't make a difference if you opened it. But if you saved it/ autosave then the file will be incompatible. Try right clicking on the name on the startup page in studio one 3, it should list different saves/ autosaves and try the previous couple.
