Yesterady I had an friendly dispute with my audio engineer friend, Studion One(me) vs. Ableton (him). After some time, became constructive talk and we agreed that the one that will implement any kind of gain matching feature on their console, will win 
. Something that will move the fader in an automatic/realtime mode or every time we press the "button" and will gain match with the original signal. It can be time saving and even help to train the ears. I hope SO will be the first with such nice feature.
