I'm sending off a track to master and want to export similar stems together in groups (i.e all the drum tracks as a single 'drums' bounce). I tried this by exporting the mixdown and soloing the channels I wanted to group together, but I'm getting no sidechain compression on any of my tracks? How do I get Studio One to print the sidechain compression onto a track without needing the source unmuted to trigger the compressor?
I've seen a couple of other threads saying that Studio One hasn't implemented this into exporting stems while other DAWs have, which is a real bummer. Is there a workaround I can use?
Using Studio One 4 Artist btw.
