Apollo Twin x - Studio One not sending audio to headphones

I am getting audio through my external speakers but no audio is coming through the headphone input. I can pull up UAD's LUNA and Avid Pro Tools with headphone success. Can you please help?

I am getting monitor/speaker sound -- but no headphone sound! It should be simple, yet, I can't find the simplicity. Please help! Thank you.
