Is there a way to restore a track that has been deleted without losing work that followed?

While woking on a track, I intended to make a new marker and label it. Instead what happened was that another track out of the range I was viewing on the screen at the time was deleted without me knowing. I made a series of particularly tricky edits after than and when I wanted to work with the out of sight track, it was gone,

If I look at the history, I can roll back to where the track delete happened but then i lose the work that came after.

Is there a way to either :

1 undo just the track delete

or

2  just restore the track and its contents without rolling the history back? Obviously the track and it's contents are still there or it couldn't be rolled back.

You could try and look for the actual wave file and drag it onto a new track. If you find it awesome but you may not find what you're looking for depending on how much editing you did before bouncing to track but I'd try that. You can change were song data is saved in options but I the the default location is 'C:\Users\w\Documents\Studio One\Songs\' then the name of your song and I think the 'media' folder could be cache though  I don't remember off hand.

Hi there.  Check out the "pool" tab of the browser.  Deleted audio tracks tend to stay in the pool, even if you deleted the track from the arrangement.
