Question

I turned on my mixer but its freeze. I turn off the power source and disconnected the power cord, and waited for a couple of minutes, but still the Wait loading sing comes out. Please advise. other wise I wont have any other way to run my church service. Sincerely.

Start a tech ticket... you didn't try and update the firmware on the mixer before this problem did you? If so, did you use your "
My Presonus" account and the latest firmware available there?
