Question

• My 64S mixer is brand new. 
• The SD Card is formatted, 
• The mixer detects it but cannot determine its size or label 
• Pressing speed test does nothing. 
• Updating the firmware had to be done via network cable as the SD card would not work there either.

The SD cards have to meet specific criteria; 32gb or smaller, certain minimum speed, etc.

Create a ticket, the tech support team should be able to help you out.
