how can I enter my tax VAT ID in the PreSonus Shop to pay without VAT tax on international orders?

I want to make a purchase as a company and enter my VAT ID so that tax is not billed on the invoice

I have the same problem. I want to pay for a Sphere subscription. I do not know where to enter all the data to be able to buy without VAT

I was trying to contact support to ask the same question. I got an error on submitting the ticket... "There was an error creating your ticket. Please try creating a ticket directly through our support portal."

Looks like there's no way to enter business details / VAT number. Too bad
