how do I play through Presonus Audiobox for live practice without using my DAW (Cubase)?

I seem to need my DAW, Cubase, to play through Presonus and my monitors.

Which audiobox are you using? Is the problem to do with powering it without a computer, or needing the routing settings in the daw? I've heard that the audiobox USB96 can be powered via a usb charging block, no computer necessary. I don't know if the same is true for the Audiobox iTwo.
