Can you use the analog RCA inputs while using a digital Cat5e or Cat 6 to Stageboxes?

This may sound goofy, if so... sorry.  I'm doing an outdoor theatre this summer using a StudioLive 64s.  Previously this has always been done analog (XLRs), but due to some renovations, we're having to move to digital (ethernet Cat5e or Cat6).  Part of the sound work is providing effects (gun sounds, slamming door, etc.) which has previously been done through a 1/8" to RCA cable.  Here's the question ... Can I still use some of the analog (XLR / TRS / RCA) inputs while also using the digital to stage boxes?  Can I leave a single 8 channel group open analog with the rest of my inputs set to digital on the board?  Thank you.
