Can I send a signal through RCA input on StudioLive 16R without having UC Surface?

I'd like to use a StudioLive 16R for a permanent installation in a community space. I would like anyone to be able to connect a phone to play music through the RCA input without giving access to the unit and without needing UC Surface to be open. Is this possible?

Once setup the mixer will alway turn on as it was left. If adjustments need to be made then they will require access to the mixer.
