I’m currently using Studio One 5 prime and I think about Upgrading to Studio One 5 Artist.

The artist upgrade price is only for users of the previous versions of Artist.  As a prime user you would have to pay full price.  However, pretty much every device made by Presonus includes an Artist licence for free.  So, you could buy an Atom or a Revelator USB mic both of which come with a free licence for Artist for around £100.
