I can only find Presence on my list of instruments, even though I have upgraded from Prime to Studio One 3 Artist.

I operate a Mac Book Pro (2012) in Sierra 10.12.4. I have tried reloading Artist - with no effect.

Did you activate Artist?

First, go to Help/about. If it still says Prime, then go to

Studio One/Activate Purchased items.
