On one of my projects the session keeps freezing up for a few minuets?

Hi there.   It could be an auto save hang.  At a guess that is, you don't describe the symptoms when the hang happens.  So, a guess would be that it's a large song file and your auto save is set to 5 minutes or something and it hangs when saving all the information in your song.  Try setting your auto save interval to a longer time like 60 minutes and see if that solves your issue.  But that is all I can guess.
