Question

While using the RM 16AI mixer as stagebox, i cannot control my preamp gain on any channel with studiolive 24.4.2.AI console mixer. on my console mixer display i don't have the option to adjustment the preamp gain with the valve knob, not showing up on channel info page. I also have the latest firmware on both mixers. thanks
