Question

For those who also use their ipads as work devices, the email administrator can disable the auto-lock "never" option.  My work does, and that means my Studio One app annoyingly goes to sleep after 5 mins max and I have to "wake-up" the device and punch in my passcode to get it back up.

Specific apps can be programmed to disable auto-lock (like Google Maps and YouTube does), which is particularly important for an app like Studio One.  It is very annoying to be listening to a mix or recording a long take and have the screen go to sleep.  I am sure very few users would ever want this to happen - especially those like me that can't do anything about it without quitting my job.  It would help to have the app provide that it never auto-locks.

On your IPad Go to "réglages" > "verrouillage automatique"> "jamais"

That's my point -- there is NO "jamais" or "never" option on an iPad if the Exchange administrator who sets up your work email locks that out.  The app itself must disable sleeping in that case.
