Maybe I'm just not seeing it but is there a way that when I scroll side to side in the Studio One Remote app on iPad, it will follow the tracks shown on the iPad, on my computer monitor that I have the mix screen set up for?

The scroll on your computer monitor will not follow the scroll in the Studio One Remote app for the Console.  If you open the Edit window by tapping the icon to the left of the icon of the house down at the bottom right-hand corner of the S1 Remote app, you can then go into "Console" and use the "Next Channel" and "Previous Channel" buttons to move around in the console on your computer monitor.
